AUTOChargit Automated is designed for autonomous parking garages (e.g., AUTOParkit) and mechanical parking systems (e.g., parking stackers or parking puzzle systems).
AUTOChargit Automated exploits a lesser-known transaction for AUTOParkit to increase charging capacity without adding electrical capacity for charging EVs. AUTOParkit delivers two primary transactions: (i) PARK – move a vehicle from the Load Bay to a stall, and (ii) RETRIEVE – move a vehicle from a stall to a Load Bay. There is a third transaction: (iii) SHUFFLE – move a vehicle from one stall to another stall.
This SHUFFLE Transaction provides the ability to swap an EV from a normal stall to an AUTOChargit Stall, allowing an EV to be charged. Upon completion, the EV is swapped to a normal stall to allow another EV access to the EVCS.

Step 1: An EV arrives and is parked in a standard stall via the AUTOParkit PARK transaction.
Step 2: When an AUTOChargit Stall becomes available, the system initiates a SHUFFLE — moving the EV from its normal stall to a charging stall.
Step 3: The EV charges to the desired level automatically.
Step 4: Upon completion, the EV is shuffled back to a normal stall, freeing the charger for the next vehicle.
AUTOParkit interfaces directly with Siemens Building Technology systems along with other software solutions that directly link automated parking with smart buildings.
This integration enables simple facility management — from parking operations and EV charging status to energy management and occupancy tracking, all from a centralized dashboard.
